Achieve Clean, LLC will ship our products to the following U.S. states: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois.
We ship all of our products through Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc. If you have a problem with delivery of an item, please contact us immediately.
Once you place an order on achieveclean.org, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 3 business days which will verify that your order has been shipped or placed on hold at your chosen retail location for pick-up. If we have any difficulties processing your order or if we learn of any difficulties during delivery, we will contact you via phone or e-mail during standard business hours.
Subscriptions made through achieveclean.org online store will remain active until they are changed or cancelled. You can make changes to your subscriptions any time by logging in to the My Account page. If we encounter any problems with an ongoing subscription, such as a declined credit card, we will contact you immediately to make changes. If changes are not made within 30 days, we will cancel your subscription.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it or request a refund or replacement item. If you would like to request a replacement item, simply contact us via e-mail or phone and provide specific details about the problems with your original order.
To be eligible for a refund, you must be able to provide full details about the problem and answer additional questions from Achieve Clean customer service when prompted. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or Paypal account, whichever was used for the initial purchase. You will receive the credit within days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
